Alex Linian is an accomplished sleight-of-hand artist, creator, and performer with over two decades of experience in the art of magic. He is the creator of Puncture, which was performed by David Blaine on his Drowned Alive TV special on national television. Alex has also worked as a consultant for Paul Harris and has published his work in esteemed magazines such as MAGIC and Genii. He holds the distinction of being the first Peruvian magician to appear on Penn & Teller: Fool Us and to win the Latin American Championships of Magic (FLASOMA).

His virtual show, Mysteries & Magic in Peru, has been performed for audiences worldwide, including major companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Netflix, and more.

Alex started in magic in Buffalo, NY, but has been honing his craft in Peru for the past 15 years. This marks Alex’s first ever lecture in North America. Alex will be sharing some of his most cherished work, including:

  • The GOAT Monte:

A dynamic variation of Alex’s published effect GOAT. This astonishing routine culminates in a highly visual transposition that takes place right in the spectator’s hands.

  • Prisma: The Peruvian Opener:

A groundbreaking take on the classic Chicago Opener, Prisma reimagines the effect, elevating it to new heights. Alex’s unique approach makes it a show-stopping opener and a hallmark of his performances.

  • Inside:

A mind control effect using a deck of cards and a card box that introduces a revolutionary method unlike anything seen before.

  • Miracle Technique:

Alex’s extensive work on Ed Marlo’s Miracle Change redefines the possibilities of this iconic sleight. From seamless transformations and transpositions to the innovative Miracle Fold, his refined techniques open up endless possibilities for magicians.
